Our Waiter Rob was outstanding. He was probably the best waiter we had ever had. Made us feel so welcome lots of nice banter made my dad's birthday all the more special even doing a magic trick at the end of the evening. Fabulous food. Give Rob a raise 100%
Fantastic meal with my family- there were 11 of us for Christmas Eve dinner. The layout of the restaurant is so spacious that it makes it really comfortable for a large table. The food was excellent I had never been before and would definitely come back.
The best thing about the night was the waitress! Food was extremely slow, wrong food got send to the table, food was cold and soggy. Standard of food overall was very poor compared to normal. Reunited our New Year’s Eve meal. For a set menu of nearly £70 per person ( more than what a usual meal would have cost here), this was extremely disappointing. Will not be returning!
I had high hopes but left disappointed. We ordered the cote de boeuf experience. The Mac and cheese was tasty, as were the chips and greens. The steak itself was flavorless, I've never experienced bland steak before! The lobster tail was also overcooked. It was so tough and chewy it was almost impossible to remove from the shell. We paid £100 for the "experience" and felt ripped off...the red wine was nice though! They make good cocktails. I enjoyed my aubergine bao bun starters and Creme Brule afters but it was all overshadowed by the bland steak and overcooked lobster which was the most important part! A huge redeeming factor though was the customer service from Bev. She was so friendly and accommodating and definitely gained this review an extra star. So thank you Bev!
The food was incredible today, as were the cocktails! Quick and very friendly service, nothing to fault at all. Will definitely return, we had the set menu, 3 courses for 31.50!
