Unfortunate reason for attending was following a funeral, however the setting, service and food were excellent.
Held our walking group new year party here. 30+ people. Great venue which is willing to adapt to different social events. The Mill catered for our ukulele led singalong before lunch and for our musical slide show after lunch. Excellent buffet, and quiet but super-efficient serving staff.
A massive thankyou to Helen & Martin and all the staff at The Olde Mill for making our wedding such a perfect and beautiful day. Everything from the decorations and the lovely food and the friendly staff who where excellent hosts. I would highly recommend The Olde Mill to anyone.
Helen, Martin and Nicola arranged our wedding reception back in 2019, and on Sunday we were back for our little boys christening! On both occasions the food was lovely and Helen and Martin are the perfect hosts! Anything specific we asked for was accommodated with ease and the quality of food on both occasions was amazing, all prepared themselves and made and baked from scratch. On both occasions guests have commented on the lovely friendly atmosphere and excellent food. There would be no doubt we would return for any future family gatherings again, with no question that both the food and service would be excellent as always.
The most beautiful venue and delicious food. We had our wedding at the Olde Mill in Aug 2021. Helen and Martin were amazing through all three of our date changes and made everything easy and stress free for us. Nothing was ever too much for them from dressing the venue and food presentation to ensuring the final stragglers at the bar got home safe. So happy we chose this very professional small family business. The whole day was much more personal and unique to us. Thanks Helen and Martin and your whole team who were simply amazing on the day
