Excellent food, service and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend. We didn't stay in a room, but if the rooms were as good as the rest they will be excellent aswell 👌🏻
Sunday lunch was superb, as were the staff. We walked to the pub from Grange and grossly misjudged our arrival time by arriving at 11:45 instead of the 13:30 reservation. ‘No problem’ said the manager. ‘Come on in, and here’s your table’.
We visit here each time we come to stay at our friends who live nearby. Lovely drink selection on offer. Food is absolutely amazing. Service by all staff is excellent as well. I highly recommend it. Although children are welcome I feel it is more on tthe finer dini g side so if you're looking for 'pub grub' and a noisy pub atmosphere you won't get it here.
My family had the most wonderful time. We stayed up on Boxing Day. We had a fabulous meal and the rooms were lovely. What made the stay was the team that ran the Punch Bowl. Especially our welcome from Judith. Brilliant.
Went for a family meal and it was absolutely stunning-the food,location and the staff were fabulous. We had delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. The menu is seasonal and there's plenty of choice across all courses. We will certainly be back and recommending The punch bowl to everyone.
