Great spot. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Room was on the top floor with a sloping roof and lots of character. Mini bar, coffee and tea, extra heater and fan. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. Even the live music (which stopped at a reasonable hour) wasn't too intrusive. Breakfast was very good. Only query was where to park. You can only park directly outside for 15 min to transfer your luggage. There is a Pay car park 50m away but reception told us up go to the primary school about 100m away for free parking.
What a lovely place, all I can say we came for a 2 night break after being in fuerteventura for Family holiday. ( I wish we came here instead ) The owners went above and beyond to make our stay special, even booking us a table For food in a lovely local restaurant. The room and bed was perfect and spotless too, the breakfast had so much choice and the evening entertainment was amazing just a perfect little gem we will be back with our family for sure
Lisa and Andy are the best hosts a couple could ask for coming for a short weekend break away from home.. we have had an amazing experience here smiling and laughing all the way to the bar.. Room 11 Is absolutely spotless and is and elegant room to say the least. Breakfast is top notch can tell thos sausages are from the local butcher.. to die for... Bar and lounge is a very nice chilled out space live music was amazing and had some good chats with other holiday makers! Really you make of the place what you make of it but I really love it here and I felt the need to leave a review before we are even going home as me and my partner feel so at home here! I tried to come to the Sun Inn in March 2023, sadly they don't serve food any longer - which was a real shame. I was hoping to come for an impromptu steak and chips for my brother's birthday as in the past the food, beer and atmosphere were lovely. We were passing on a walk, so i probably should have checked the website - but frankly we'd passed a few pubs already, need I say more. I came to stay for my 30th birthday and again for dinner in 2016 - so have great memories of the place. Its a real shame that you guys don't serve food as in the past it was a lovely place to spend time and I'd sorely like to recreate that again. It's a shame I can't share this place and the memories with friends and family any longer, I hope you reconsider in the future.
What a great find in a beautiful village. Made to feel very welcome, friendly staff, even reserved us sofa's in the bar for us to sit and enjoy evening entertainment. We ordered fish and chips from adjoining chip shop and they delivered to our seats in the bar... brilliant. Breakfast was brilliant with a good choice giving options to amend. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will go back.
