Very nice pub - a good pint of Belhaven and an old-fashioned feel with dominoes, a decent jukebox and the TV kept low. Look forward to going in again next time we're there.
Nice bar, chatty staff and nice to be somewhere where over 40s can just get up and have a dance.
Had a brilliant time here over the civic day weekend, lots of banter and fun. The bar staff went above and beyond for my dad and kept him stocked up with Magners! The singer they had on was brilliant, she had the dance floor full! Massive beer garden too. Will definitely be back!
Never been in a more friendly pub. Julie the owner is so nice and welcoming. And Ali is a regular and also makes you very welcome. They all loved our dog Fred they fussed him and gave him lots of treats. If you are visiting Dalbeattie this pub is definitely worth a visit. We will be back xx
This was a lovely wee find whilst visiting south west Scotland. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices too. The staff were very knowledgable and gave us recommendations where to eat and where to visit in the area. Definitely recommend a visit.
