The Crown has operated as an Hotel and Public House for over 450 years. The current management took over in 1997 and immediately set about refurbishing each of the 14 rooms to a modern standard. Each room having en suite facilities along with TV and Tea/Coffee making capabilities. Redecorated on a regular basis the rooms present a fresh comfortable and economic environment for our guests.

Really lovely pub. Very friendly staff. Great food at very good price and good selection of drinks. Dog friendly and played the football.
We had a delicious lunch here a few days ago. I had Cajun sizzling Chicken with chips and salad and my friend had Pork and leek casserole. Both meals were very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and efficient. We will definitely return.
This is my go to pub when out for the evening with girl friends. It is not a modern building but the main bar is welcoming and seats are comfy. A varied menu which is reasonably priced and the portions are plentiful. Staff are friendly even when it is busy
Really worth the wait, the food was absolutely lovely! My son had the sirloin steak and he said it was really tasty. My daughter had the double egg and chips and I had the chicken mayo baguette which was awesome! Nice and quiet too x
We came here for lunch with the family. Although it took a while for the food to come out, it was very nice and at a very good price. Lovely service too. Would come back.
