Hadn't been in The Crown for about 15 years , met my mate Andy prior to the Chasetown v Hednesford game , never had any food, really impressed with how the pub is now , great Stella and very friendly folks , the barmaid was great as well 😀, well worth a visit..
Great pub in Droitwich, the bar staff are all friendly and helpful, lovely food, we stayed over as driving to Devon and wanted to break up the journey, the rooms are clean, bright, nicely presented, really need aircon though it was extremely warm. Bathrooms were nice and clean and spacious, think you need a water pump for the shower but it did its job! The only thing putting me off staying again was the sauna bedroom, even with a fan on all night it was almost unbearable, but I’d definitely visit for a drink and food anytime. Again, friendly clean and welcoming.
We’ve been frequenting this pub on a regular basis since a chance visit with friends earlier in the year. It used to be a pub I would generally avoid due to its reputation and clientele. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed with how much it had changed and on how well it was being run. It has now become our “local”. It’s nicely decorated with comfortable seating, nice background music, is dog friendly, having their very lovely own dog, Zoe, there to greet you and it is very reasonably priced with a good selection of drinks to be enjoyed in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Well worth a visit.
Great pub. Gaffer was friendly and helpful. Covid friendly well thought out. Open fire burning. Beer was excellent. Very comfortable place. Would have stayed for more but I was on a pub tour in the area. Well worth a visit. My visit was excellent.
Amazing food by Cy and street food marquee. Small place but we'll worth the visit. Waitress was very good too. Will be making another visit very soon
