The people were friendly and the beer was fairly good Seemed the sort of pub where you can rock up solo but end up in a chat with someone
Lovely gem of a place on a busy junction. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating, car parks accessible from either side. Staff were friendly, helpful and covid aware. The beers and other drinks were excellent quality. There are enough quirks to the place keep a new customer intrigued and the atmosphere waa welcoming and homely Definately need to return
Decent local pub, pool and snooker table, reasonably priced beers with some nice local ales and plenty of parking too
Was searching for a quiet, genuine boozer to have a swift pint after work. Turns out I picked the right one. Good pint, decent price. The people who drink in here are down to earth, welcoming and what you see is what ya get. Simple. Always got something on the box whether its footy, a film, or gold. Nice and warm, few activities and a great snooker room. Opens early, shuts late. What more can you ask for. Well the landlord doesn't mind you getting a takeaway delivered he will also cater it. Sound. Nice traditional fire, and above all even thow I'm not a Leeds fan, a Leeds Utd supporters feeling to the place threw John the landlords passion for Leeds or Keighley whites. Met some great people, old and young. I would recommend a pint in the cross roads to anyone who is polite and genuine! Nice atmosphere and welcoming!
Not a fan! They don't take card and seem to only take exact change. They done like notes as they don't have s lot of change. It's ok for its regulars but found the atmosphere lagging and the lager distasteful. Sorry guys
