Nice place. Good atmosphere, really chilled. Live singer on the Friday I was there. Nice cocktail jugs served by Cliona at out table. Would defo recommend.
Came here for a few drinks and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were really friendly, attentive, and quick to serve. The music was right up our street, a good mix of old and new. They have a load of screens showing different sports. The drinks are very reasonable priced. Overall, it was a great place to come and have a few drinks!
Consistently attentive, friendly and proactive service. Good frozen margaritas, the meal was average. We wanted a pub atmosphere and we got it, except that it was too dark to even read the menu. We'll be back in a few days to try a different meal
Trading standards case PENDING...... Myself and 2 friends ordered 3 drinks, 2 bowls of chips and a rice bowl. After 1 hour our drinks were finished and our food was not with us. When we asked about this the waitress told us the food has not been started. This was concerning as the place was empty. We asked for a refund and a scruffy man with awful attitude came over and said we are not allowed a refund and our only option is to wait for our food. Apparently this was the manager Our train was in 30 minutes and that was not an option to wait another 1 hour for food. Luckily we recorded the conversation as proof. The restaurant was very empty, maybe 3 tables were in, and 2 other tables were complaining too. the companies act 1985, Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and trading standards regulations have all been violated in this instance. All we wanted was our money back for the food we did not receive. I contacted the area manager and he has refused to respond. I will urge you all to reconsider eating here, if they done this to us, then how many others can they do this too. As I have gone through all the correct channels, and I'm still being ignored, I have no option but to contact trading standards regarding this issue. Even if the issue was about 20p, I would still take it further. Its a matter of principle. This was by far the worse experience myself and my friends have been subjected to in a hospitality setting. What is even worse is the fact that we provided better customer service to the manager than he did to us. He was sending a young waitress to deal with everything alone while he was sat at the end of the bar. This will not be the last you hear of this cheers. Cheers for the experience!!
Only visited for a drink. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to.i liked the atmosphere inside but I sat out since weather was really good. I don't know if it's a liverpool thing but the beer I ordered was £6? I didn't even order those premium ones. The pub accross priced theirs at £3.
