We booked a function room for our daughter’s baptism. We advised the management that there will be 55 people attending, on this basis they stated that we should book a buffet for 30 people as this would be more than enough food. On the day, the delivery of the food was so slow that my guests were growing increasingly hungry. We spoke with the management telling them that the food is running low and why isn’t it coming out quicker, we were told that ‘she’ll have a look’ It is clear to see that this venture of hosting parties is a very new thing and this establishment has clearly not got to grips with how to cater for large parties. When asked for plates so that we could distribute cake to our guests we were told to use napkins as they needed plates for their other guests. My guests were queuing for food and there weren’t enough plates knowing that we had booked for 55 guests. It’s a very simple fix, have more staff on the bar and have disposable plates it’s not that difficult or don’t book functions for parties you can’t cater for. I would strongly advise to abstain from booking an event at this establishment they clearly haven’t got the management skills to accommodate until they find a way to over come this monumental task I would book elsewhere.

Booked Christmas dinner here and as a family off seven we was all looking forward to having Christmas dinner out for first time, never again the dinner had no taste, the vegetables were hard the meat was out of a packet! The dinner came out re-heated because the Yorkshire pudding was all flat! The dessert was meant to be cheesecake but was a sponge cake! No atmosphere at all with it being Christmas Day, it really is disappointing when you have spent over £300 pounds on 4 course meal that was a load off rubbish!!
Great service by Fabian and I think the lady in charge on the night behind the bar was very helpful. Food was good and good value for money. Will definitely visit again. Thank you . Bonus also take Bluelight card 😊😊
Came for lunch today absolutely amazing, have not been here for ages, will be back, very soon, service great food great just one negative no coffee the machine broken. We all enjoyed the food so thumbs up. 👍
