Excellent pub. Good beer and a good mix of regulars. Live music often.
Nice pub with friendly staff. Regularly has the football on, had plenty of seats and a good range of drinks. Looking forward to my next visit.
Great real ale. Always has been before the resurgence of good beer! Very relaxed, everyone friendly. Family friendly.
Proper old fashioned Durham pub literally on Front Street.. Good selection of real ales and shorts, a slightly tired looking games room. Friendly helpful staff and landlady. Nicely busy on a Friday night and quite definitely dog friendly. Friendly atmosphere with easy parking facilities. Not posh but you really don't want that here.
