Wow! I couldn't say thank you enough, My party was actually insane!. The staff were impeccable 👌 Amazing venue, amazing service, amazing birthday 🎂 I couldn't of had it better. Genuinely 5 star service and venue and worth every penny. Nothing was to much trouble and you all went beyond to make it High end amd unforgettable

Hosted our work Christmas party here - everything went amazing, A couple hiccups but Lily (lovely lady running the event) remained calm under pressure, smoothed them out quickly and worked incredibly hard with the rest of the team to make the night come to life! Front of house Levi was lovely and created a special cocktail for our night which was so yummy! 😊 Shout out to Jo the events planner to answering all my questions and being super helpful during the planning stage!! The long room is gorgeous and partnered with Pretty Prop Co doing the decor made for a stunning event! Would come back again, the food was good portions and everyone said how delicious it was! Well done Custom house team ❤

Perfect location for a party. We privatised the top ballroom for our winter ball, which was stunning. Great price, includes tables and chairs. Staff were super helpful. Brilliant experience all round would recommend for any party.

We had our gym social here yesterday for a bottomless brunch! Was the best one so far. Massive food portions and such a massive range of drinks for the bottomless. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the building is absolutely beautiful! Will definitely be returning and spreading the word about this little hidden gem!

I hosted a birthday party for my husband and hired the Long Room. The venue is elegant and the food was delicious. There is a grand piano in the room which you can use, so I hired a pianist to play for a couple of hours. Staff were friendly and so accommodating and the event planner was brilliant - she responded quickly to any questions I had and was really helpful. Great location, fabulous food and a totally memorable experience!
