Very nice hotel and pub. Old converted bank with tons 9f atmosphere. Rooms are small but exceptionally clean, neat and modern with high ceilings and wood paneling. Pub atmosphere is the best with domed ceiling and beautiful chandeliers. Food is also well above average and service is top notch. A must visit for any trip to London

Stunning Location and Surroundings, absolutely beautiful. The three Bar Attendants were Professional but same can't be said for the other two whom I assume were Supervisors/Managers who made it blatantly clear were not happy with our presence. I brought my work team majority ex Ghurkas in the late Fifties/Sixties . Whenever these two served my Guys they were abrupt and very unprofessional. Really disappointing as group was well behaved and spent a fair bit of money there. Real shame as other attendants were Professional and Friendly.

A really well done, spacious bank conversion. The pub is often very quiet on a Saturday evening, so you can enjoy the architecture in peace and quiet (and have a good conversation). This is a Fullers pub. Brilliant beer, food a bit ordinary but reliable.

Great building with bags of character. Old banking Hall pub with hotel over. Pub very good. Rooms very good. Didn't test the service thoroughly so difficult to report. Entrance to hotel a simple ground floor Stair lobby with reception at level 2, so not much of a sense of arrival. Lift could do with a refurb. Building work going on to create more rooms but didn't detract from our stay. Great breakfast. Would stay again.

Went in for an afternoon drink stop. An amazing building to sit and enjoy a beer in. Good selection of drinks, staff were friendly and the architecture of the building was stunning. Although we didn’t have any, the food looked pretty good too. Will absolutely be back!
