Great food. Came really quickly! Can order at bar or at the table with a QR code. Great selection of food, I had a cheeseburger with fries and it was great. Lovely food, lovely staff, lovely place, and great price!
Booked for a large party for my partners 50th birthday tonight. So glad I booked here, the night was lovely. Food was delicious, the atmosphere was spot on and the service was excellent. Thank you for making my partners birthday celebrations so memorable
Came for the Breakfast with Santa, and was extremely disappointed. Got there at 10:30am and was seated for 5 adults and 1 child. Was not explained the gist on how the experience was happening, but we asked a barmaid and she told us what to expect and was extremely nice. They hadn’t staffed appropriately either for this event and the poor girl behind the bar looked exhausted by the end, I really didn’t envy her! There was no breakfast choice, it was a standard English breakfast, which is absolutely fine, but how long it took was absolutely ridiculous. We were not served any food for 2 and a bit hours. We saw families going home in this time with nothing. We had no idea it would take that long just to get a standard food which we had no choice in! This was our first experience of the Cotton Mill and it has really put us off. If they can’t get out the same plate of food in a timely manor, then how do they cope with the whole menu?! The staff were absolutely lovely, but trying to keep a hungry child entertained for that long felt stupid. It wasn’t breakfast with Santa in the end, it was brunch with Santa!
Always enjoy coming here when visiting friends in the area. Inventive pub grub menu so always struggle to choose. Great salads and pizzas. I don't normally have dessert but couldnt say no to sherry trifle cheesecake. Jamie and Angel were lovely and very welcoming. Nice to see people who clearly take pride in the company they work for and what they do. Jamie is very informative on breweries and beer in general.
The food was absolutely delicious, the best tomato soup I've ever tasted. Excellent service from Jamie and Angel. Will definitely come back for our Xmas meal next year. All 6 of us really enjoyed our evening. Thank you, keep up the good work. Lynn.
