The food and service was quality! 👌🏽 They were super friendly, kept making sure we were find and re topping our drinks and the food was delicious. Very good portions too, plus the chef gave us complimentary snack at the start which was lovely! Good presentation and everything.
Paid extra for 2 room upgrades, one of the rooms was much smaller with a worse view yet we were still charged the same. Furniture and decor tired, bed was small and sagged in the middle so not a comfy sleep. Breakfast was plentiful but quality of sausages, beans and sauces were inferior. Vegan breakfast option, although there was no vegan spread option, so I had dry toast. Not worth the cost, poor value, however, beautiful location.
Spent New Year’s Eve 2023 at the Gala dinner and stayed in the Super Deluxe suite. Very spacious room and our whole stay was very memorable. Travelled with family and we all agreed this was a very special night with the friendliest of staff making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was very good too throughout the Gala dinner. We have already decided to book for next year. Big thank you to all the friendly staff.
A quintessential British hotel with plenty of character and charm. Situated just beside Marlow Bridge with a picturesque view of All Saints Church on the river, this hotel offers guests a great atmosphere to chill. Rooms are kept to a high standard and the food is on par. Highly recommended.
The hotel staff were attentive from the moment we arrived and most welcoming. The rooms over looking the Thames are well appointed and provide a beautiful sitting view.The restaurant staff work hard to ensure everything is satisfactory and are quick to attend to any request.
