Quirky hotel room, and very comfortable bed. The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Nice bar, great location. The only issue was trouble and noise at a different pub across the street. That was raided by the police, causing a big disturbance. No fault and totally out of the control or influence of Coleshill. I was travelling on business to visit a client, and will stay at the Coleshill Hotel again.

First visit to this location, very friendly and helpful staff, who made sure that we validated our parking! Lovely food, and beautifully presented too!

Booked 3 rooms in main hotel for myself & 2 sons & my sister & partner had a room in the annexe whilst we visited my mum who lives locally. Lovely rooms & good value for money with super comfort beds . Clean, comfortable & cosy sums it up. Finished off with a lovely meal after checking out & food was also lovely. Our waitress was very friendly & attentative & was a nice touch with the manager checking our table a couple of times aswell. The coleshill hotel was my first part time job 38yrs ago so going back was bordering on emotional. Thanks for a lovely stay. Will definitely be back. Tracey. X

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the amazing service and care provided to us and our wedding guests by Debbie and her team at the Coleshill hotel. They paid special attention to always be available and to listen to our requests in the weeks prior to our big day and provided a lovely post wedding day breakfast for all our guests. The hotel itself is of excellent quality, as is the pub and the staff were all, without exception, lovely and survivable. There is a good variety of drinks and the food quality is good. In this modern day of standardized service, the Coleshill hotel is a lovely and welcome exception. A big thank you again Debbie to you and your team! All the very best, Jeremy & Ines.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Note reception is unstaffed out of hours so then need to call number on door. May be kind to give advance notice if turning up in the night! Note building is actually opposite the main google photo of an ivy covered house!
