Location was ideal my training Kneesworth Priory Hospital. Accommodation was satisfied in all areas and Service was excellent with the young ladies customer service not to be faulted in any way or shape.
Stayed here overnight last minute with a friend. The food was really nice, lovely cosy relaxed bar. The staff were really nice, went out of their way to serve us. Made sure we had enough towels as well as providing us with an ice bucket and glasses for our room. Full English breakfast in the morning was excellent, would recommend this as an overnight stay or evening meal.
Extremely small bathroom. Nice shower. Washbasin and shelf above it - too close together, kept banging my head. No shower toiletries provided. No hairdryer. Room needed a chair not a stool in front of mirror. Bed too small, probably a standard double. Mattress a bit soft for my liking. Food quite nice but very limited menu and very American. Imperial War Museum close by and well worth a visit.
Bedroom size OK , Bathroom. ( Not Clean) VERY Small , No Extractor Fan So made bedroom really warm as you had to dry / dress yourself. Housekeeper Needs a Re- Fresh. Skirting Board & Behind TV 😬 Great Breakfast .Great Location for War Museum
Absolutely loved staying here. Staff were very friendly, and the service was excellent. We had a problem with the shower, so the manager allowed us to move to another room. The bed was very comfortable. You could make tea or coffee in your room. The towels were huge and fluffy, which were great after the shower. The food was fantastic, and plenty of it! Actually shared the single serving between two and still felt stuffed! Would highly recommend staying here.
