This is probably the last review this place is ever going to get so sad to see this place go such a destination ok the way to success and the food is worth the atmosphere of the welcoming and calming staff always helpful and master of their craft so as a valued customer of 20 years locally I salute you for your years of service and memories gained which will be everlasting thanks to your hospitality if there are any tables and chairs you want rid of I would be happy to take one of your hand's good luck on your future endeavours.
Well I decided to come with my mother, mum ordered smoothed chicken and I ordered the gammon and eggs, when the food came straight away on mum's plate the chips were over done, the chicken was hard to eat... The waitress did replace the chips but by time she came with a new portion the rest of meal was going cold. I've been here many times and today I was not impressed with the food or service today, I had to wait a good ten mins before I order my food but I understand busy Fridays but even so, anyway hopefully next time when I come back the food will be up to scratch, really wanted to treat my mum especially with me not getting that much time with me working nights. Not happy
Excellent place! Lovely, reasonably priced food & drink. Relaxed atmosphere & staff were very upbeat & attentive
The customer service here by a guy called Bailey was excellent, and he went above and beyond expectation. The hotel itself is old, and it shows. The rooms are tired, old and without any air con or room fan, which is not good when the temp outside is 31°C. There are no plugs near the bed, which you would expect given people need to charge things up and the temp in the lift and corridor was cooler than in the room. Knowing I cannot sleep in a hot room with no or little ventilation, I received a refund and booked a Premier Plus room at Premier Inn Trafford West, which was cheaper, and had air con. A real shame as the staff are brilliant.
We are staying in the Premier Inn and as a result eating in the Brewers Fayre ( Coach House) at the Trafford Centre Manchester The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Last night at Dinner Gemma was our host and nothing was a trouble for her. This morning Steph and Jamie served us and they were amazing too Steph in particular was very happy and friendly, I have a mobility issue abd she was only too happy to help where she could. Well done Steph. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. However my partner was devastated to discover the Costa Machine wasn't working, he loves a costa coffee to start the day.
