Stayed a week solo for work at Kew Gardens, the staff made the stay, so warm, welcoming and went above and beyond. I felt sad to leave! Brilliant accomadation, blissfully quiet rooms & great food. Highly recommend whether you’re after a comfy bed for the night or a fancy get away. Thank you, I’ll be back for leisure one day! All the best.
Excellent service (thank you Gabrielle) on a busy day with a fantastic roast dinner I'm a cosy environment. We will be back.
Felt the food was good value for the price, we all left very full and happy with the quality. The service whoever was very poor, waited 20 minutes after being seated but no one came with menus, so we had to go to the kitchen to find someone to provide us with menus. Felt ignored by the staff all afternoon until we asked for the bill, they dealt with that immediately! We could understand more if the pub was full but it wasn’t, plenty of spare tables.
I had my 40th birthday party here, with 12 members of my family. It was busy a day for them as they were fully booked but they still made it special! Thank you guys for a lovely birthday meal!
The Coach and Horses exceeded my expectations. The staff are exemplary, enthusiastic, professional and look as if they're enjoying their work. Being very near to Kew Gardens, the decor is very much in keeping without being overdone. There's a great range of drinks and excellent food. Nothing is too much trouble and the service is delivered with grace. You can eat informally in the bar or the small library and there's a beautiful dining room called the Atrium which has magnificent botanical prints around the walls. Very highly recommended.
