A comprehensive range of bar meals from sandwiches to steaks, many dishes home-made, including selections for vegetarians and children. All dishes are very competitively priced, with main courses starting at only £3.95. Our 3-course Sunday lunch is very good value at £6.95 for one course, £8.45 for two courses and £9.95 for all three. We have won many awards for our food including runners-up in the 2004-5 Lincolnshire Life magazine Tastes of Excellence awards and a Gold Citation from 2000-2005 and 2010-2015, and runners-up in the 2005 and 2008 Tastes of Lincolnshire awards for public houses. We have a new state-of-the-art coffee machine which can supply you with your favourite coffee at your preferred strength. We are members of Select Lincolnshire and use locally sourced produce whenever possible to help promote Lincolnshire food and drink.
Great chips, great beer and great landlord. Lovely pub really enjoyed our time there.
Called in last Saturday and on the advice of a local had the Sausage n Chips in a basket. Wow simple but hit the spot. Lovely location
We had a lovely meal of Steak for two of us and fish and chips for the other two and it was fantastic. The service was second to none and in our case to had icing on the cake our THREE dogs were made really welcome INSIDE the Coach and Horses inn. We will be returning very soon.
We stayed in a motorhome for two nights. Brilliant spot. Friendly landlord and staff and unbelievable prices for the food. Stayed for free, just had a drink one night and a meal the next but no pressure to do so. Thank you Damien.
Very friendly _ Beautiful location. Looking away from the pup opens onto a beutiful valley. They didn't serve food on the night we stayed which was a Monday. However the beer was great and the staff excellent. It is completely dog friendly and great for a motorhome stopover. No electric hookup but that shouldn't be a problem for most people. Near the end of the evening the Landlords wife brought some chips and onion rings around for people to share. They were delicious. If they are a hint of the food at a weekend it should be excellent. Remember - this is a pub thet serves some food - not a restaraunt.

The Durham Ox is a charming, welcoming country pub. Warm up next to our roaring log fire, have a pint in our 'RAF corner', a bar meal in the 'cow shed' or a meal in our restaurant.
