The service is impeccable. Very friendly and helpful. The roast dinner looked amazing. The pate was superb as was the black pudding. The vegetarian burger was a bit greasy & seemed fried. The puddings were excellent.
Enjoyed a half day spa and treatment. The service was great, all the staff were so professional. The food choices were excellent with a good selection on offer. The spa itself is modern, intimate and immaculate. I had a facial which was one of the best I've had, and my friend had a massage and felt the same. We will definitely return.
After being recommended this restaurant during our trip away for our honeymoon, I was absolutely shocked at the service. The waitress who took our original order could not have been more disinterested, instead choosing to look out the window while we were talking to her. There was then over an hours wait between the starter and the main course which would have been fine as we can appreciate Saturday nights are busy except during this time not a single person came to check if we needed anymore drinks, to the point we had to flag down a waitress to order more who then looked extremely annoyed. We were essentially ignored all night, the only saving grace of this place was that the food was nice. The service was absolutely abysmal, I would 100% not recommended this place, in fact I would encourage people not to dine here.
I want to start by saying the food was nice. The service on the other hand, poor is a compliment. If it wasn't for the lovely waitress we had. I would even give it one. The manager was arguing with my mother about the table. My step sister is a vegan so ordered the vegan spring rolls. They ordered spring rolls that were made with milk. The chef made the wrong food for my brother. Overall very disorganised and disappointing.
We recently got married here and it was perfect! The room is beautiful and the private courtyard garden is perfect for stepping out for some air. The manager Kylie was so lovely and nothing was ever too much trouble when it came to planning and arranging meetings. The food was amazing! All my guests kept telling me how much they enjoyed the food and how generous the portions were. The bar and waiting staff were all so lovely and friendly, nothing was ever a problem. Lastly the DJ included in the wedding package was brilliant! He knew how to read the room perfectly and keep everyone on the dance floor. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone for any kind of event. Thank you all for helping make our day so perfect
