Visited the bluebell with friends. Place was clean and the atmosphere was upbeat. Food was lovely and just the right portions. We where served by Ella and cant praise her enough.
Great place to visit the cleanliness of the place has improved so much. I was served by Jo and Rachel and they went above and beyond with there service. The food was lovely great value for money. Will definitely be back thankyou to the bluebell.
Booked for two nights b&b, family event in Acklam. Staff in hotel and pub were cheerful and very helpful. Had dinner in the pub. Typical pub fare but tasty and well cooked and qualified for a "meal deal" which was even better. Room was clean, warm and comfortable, if a bit tired. Could definitely do with a bit of a refurb and our toilet flush was a bit temperamental! Corridors and fire doors, again, maybe a lick of paint. Breakfast was fine and service was faultless. Location was great for us and it is a budget hotel after all. Would be happy to stay again.
Stayed on Wednesday, had a brilliant experience, manager was very welcoming and has done wonders in his short time there. Room was very comfortable and food and drink delicious. Overall the pub and hotel was absolutely spotless, can't wait to visit again
Came in yesterday for a Xmas party, the room was decorated lovely, the food was outstanding very well cooked and presented. I’m guessing it’s under new management as it’s improved so much since our last visit and they are clearly working very hard. The team were attentive all night, ended up booking a room also and was very impressed with how clean the room was, bed was very comfy, hotel was nice and quiet and had a great nights sleep. Would defiantly return now I have seen how much it’s improved.
