Great location. Great views Staff kinda strange if u don't dress normal or like ur 80 years old. Staff need to learn respect to all that enter the hotel
1st time we stayed here this weekend. Really enjoyed our stay. Nice clean room with great view. Bed was really comfy. Nice touch having a cold air fan in the room as it was a very warm weekend while we were there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Will definitely stay here again!
The hotel is a bit dated but rooms are clean and comfortable. There's free car parking although the car park would give a better first impression if it was tidied up and the side of the hotel given a coat of paint. The staff were polite and efficient and our room had a wonderful sea view. Breakfast is cooked to order along with a serve yourself buffet. The shower over the bath wasn't very powerful but ok for one night but the bath would be better with a grab-rail fitted. I would recommend for short stays.
Lovely small hotel. Nice bar lounge area. My room was lovely, beautifully clean, with a sea view! Staff could not be more helpful! Breakfast was very nicely cooked, nice thick bacon! Really enjoyed it. Definitely would stay again - I have stayed at quite a few hotels along the front and this is the best
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were up for the football so we were only staying for one night and only used the room for the night and didn't use any of the bar facilities or anything like that. The room was fantastic. We paid a little extra for a sea view room and we weren't disappointed. We had an amazing view across the bay with the mountains (scafell) in the distance. The bed was comfy and the bathroom facilities were good. Staff friendly on arrival and when leaving. Couldn't complain. Will definitely return if we visit Morecambe again.

Following a frantic three month renovation during which a previously unseen atrium was uncovered in the main bar the doors were reopened at the beginning of February 2016, as The Exchange.
