Beautiful place! Great hosts. They make a mean mocktailš we had dinner upstairs and a party downstairs. The organisers couldnāt have picked a better venue.
We just got married at Citation in August 2023 and had the best day! The staff on the day were amazing and very attentive. A big shout out to Casey for running things so well on the day. Also, a big thank you to Pauline for organising the day and thinking of all the little things before we even realised we needed them! We can't recommend Citation enough. If you are thinking of getting married in Glasgow then you should definitely consider this venue.
Lovely place for a wedding venue, we went to our nieceās wedding and enjoyed the ceremony & celebrations well into the evening. The food was lovely, and the bar area is beautiful and so impressive with flowers and lights with so many drinks to choose from. The outside area under the gigantic colonnade is lovely and a great area to sit and socialise. Lovely staff too with timely food service. Thank you, Lyndon & Peter.
I would give 10 stars if I could. Louize was fantastic all the way from our planning stages, until our wedding day! She made us feel comfortable, relaxed and that was nothing was ever a problem. Louize is true professional at her job no stone was left unturned, she is on-it!!!! All our guest were raving about the food, so a massive thank you to the chef for providing everyone with a mouth watering amazing meal!! The staff were all pleasant & friendly with speedy service at the bar. I would definitely book another event here. Our customer journey was exceptional.
Went in for mothers day lunch, the service from one girl I didn't catch her name unfortunately was really good. The rest of the staff let it down for her though, we asked for thr bill and had to wait over 10 minutes for this and then when it came it wasnt the correct amount so another wait to get this fixed. The food was okay, nothing special and my Yorkshire pudding was burnt which wasnt great. My gran ordered ice cream to be brought sorbet and when she sent it back we were told they had no ice cream left, this was before 4pm. The place is lovely and with better food and service it could be a really good afternoon out!
