Oh my goodness! Let me tell you about my extraordinary dining experience at the renowned Coach and Four. From start to finish, it was an absolute delight! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made us feel welcome. Finns attentiveness and knowledge about the menu elevated our dining experience to new heights. Now let's talk about the food – pure culinary perfection! From starters to desserts, everything exceeded expectations. A meal at the Coach and Four is more than just dining; it's a sumptuous journey that leaves you excited for your next visit!
Great restaurant, and welcoming staff. Food is great too, a nice mix of traditional fishes like roasts and newer and popular recipes
Coach & Four is a great local pub offering an excellent Sunday roast. The Sunday Roast platter for 2 contains generous slices of tender roasted meats, and all the trimmings like Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, fresh vegetables and flavorful gravy - enough food for three people, making it a superb value. Highly recommended for a satisfying Sunday meal. Other pub classics on the menu are also of good quality and tasty, making Coach & Four a good choice to enjoy a few drinks paired with delicious pub food in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We all enjoyed a lovely meal here, everything cooked to perfection and presented beautifully. Lots of choice on the menu although vegetarian choices a little limited and a few dishes not available. Staff and service were very good and toilets very clean. The decor and atmosphere was interesting and welcoming. Will definitely eat here again. 5*
Starter: Baked Camembert to share. Main: Hubby said: Lamb Rump and sauce was delicious. I chose to have the Chicken Supreme on a bed of creamed Leeks and Crushed New Potatoes which was absolutely gorgeous! Dessert: Crumble and custard & Profiteroles. Overall a lovely meal with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
