Tickets £12 – Tickets in advance can be bought at the Petersgate Tap, by post or on the door on the day subject to space available. You can also e-mail them on [email protected] Price includes nine 1/3rds of different cider/perries and some cheese & biscuits. Postal tickets can be bought by sending a cheque to the address above and then either be picked up at the venue or they will post them out if required.
It’s that man again! John Clarke also is an expert on cider and perry and will guide you through a tasting of nine ciders and perries, some of them local. Yes that’s right - cider doesn’t just come from Herefordshire or the West Country. In Stockport and the North West, we have some fine producers and as part of the afternoon, some of them will be in attendance. You can find out more about the process whilst sampling the products. After the tasting there will be an opportunity to buy more cider at the special price of £3 a pint.
