Not bad pub. Enjoyed the pool match. Nice choice of beers best bit. No gambling machines. Decent priced juke box with top songs
Getting better than it has been in the past few years but still a shadow of its former self! Not the cleanest and a big dog behind the bar don’t give the most friendly of welcomes. No atmosphere early evening when I visited but the pint of Timmy Taylor’s was very good.
Old school pub... Called in on a Saturday afternoon with the dogs and it was empty... An hour later it was packed! Unexpectedly decent wine aswell... Or so the Mrs tells me!
A lovely atmosphere, great landlord and good beer!
Love the new land lady Lauren, the navigation is now our local and favourite pub in Macclesfield keep up the great work Lauren and thanks for having us.
