Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I arrived moments before check in closed but they were happy for me leave before showing me to my room so I could collect a Chinese takeaway which they allowed me to eat in the bar and provided me with a plate and cutlery. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included with the room. I’d definitely stay here again. Very happy.
A lovely warm welcome by the staff team, cosy inviting atmosphere. Food looks delicious ( not eaten here yet). Good off road parking. Located in the beautiful countryside. No rating for rooms as not stayed here
Nice cosy pub, lovely decor is bar and restaurant. Very friendly welcome and helpful manager. Room not brilliant, freezing cold on arrival, but manager got extra heater. Shower poor, mould and shower not attached so hand held only!

Can't comment on rooms, but went or a family meal. Food was excellent; very tasty Sunday lunch and the restaurant is very tastefully decorated and well maintained. Unfortunately, the food and ambience was let down by the appalling service. After the main course we sat and waited...and waited. In the end we went to the bar to ask for dessert menu and moved our own plates off 5he table. We then had to attract the attention of the waitress to order desserts; then had to chase up the desserts. From finishing our mains to desserts arriving was 50 mins!!!!. Would definitely recommend the food, but make sure you have plenty of time on your hands
