Food here is now amazing, tried several meals over the past few months and it's always brilliant. Shame the curly haired older female manager always looks and acts like she's about to have a meltdown - it really is the only thing that spoils it. I don't think she should really be working in hospitality. Food is that good though I'm still giving 4 stars!
First time visiting today. Absolutely superb food, can’t fault it. The chicken and chorizo burger is amazing. Will return been here and lazy trout the sister pub. Fantastic places highly recommend. Both child friendly which is vital to me with having a boy and girl below the age of 5

Good pub, lovely friendly staff...Good choice of beer's...I didn't have food that was being served.
Excellent food well prepared, well kept cask ales. Attentive and pleasant staff. Lunch menus Pub Grub and a good selection. Dog friendly.
