We are about 10 minutes walk from Bridge 68 on the Macclesfield canal and are also ideally situated for some circular walks both along the canal and Biddulph Valley railway line or to the local beauty spot - Timbersbrook Cloud. Groups can meet on the car park and pre-order a meal for their return.
We have a range of casks ales including Unicorn and Wizard alongside Robinsons seasonal brews. Also on draught we have Guinnes, Robinsons Dark Smooth, Strongbow Dark Fruit cider, Stowford Press cider, Budweiser, Carling and San Miguel. Wine is available by the glass or bottle and a wide range of soft drinks are available.
We serve traditional pub food, including roast dinners, every day. Starters from £3.50 and main courses from £5.25. On weekdays we offer a two course special - main course and dessert - for only £5.95. As most of our meals are home made, we can cater for special dietary requirements and have a separate gluten free menu.
