We are a popular pub and music venue featuring some of the best bands in the North West.
Quiz nights are held on Wednesday and live music is played between Thursday and Sunday.
We stock a wide range of Belgian beers and beers from around the world, some traditional ciders and an excellent range of fine wines and spirits. There are 11 cask ales to choose from with 5 permanent beers.
Acoustic nights are held on Thursday where you can bring you own instruments and join in! We also have live music playing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Great pub.. fantastic live entertainment in the shape of the amazing classic rock covers band 'ONE IN TEN'.. 😎🤘 A good choice of beers, although I have to say.. a disappointing choice of 0% beers for us drivers.. please rectify this, increase and show off your range.. attract the drivers in.. we all don't want sickly soft drinks! Guinness 0% is particularly good! 👍 Other than that.. a great pub!! 👍
Great place with lovely customers and atmosphere, great bands with great music. Definitely worth a visit on the nights they have a live band.
Friendly place and bar staff. The two real ales we tried were in excellent condition, we enjoyed our visit.
Total dump. The place is falling apart! Looks like it will be closed down soon, if not it should be. Just one customer when I went in. No music, no food and not an enjoyable place at all. Wet seats too. Overpriced beers, nearly £5 for a pint of standard ale. Lady behind the bar was pleasant enough though. Looks like the live music (if there still is any) is the only thing keeping it going. Steer clear otherwise.
a good local at the top end of Altrincham.good atmosphere especially on a Saturday evening when they have lI've music.good selection of beers etc at the bar.its located on a main road but can be a bit of a trek from the public transport interchange.however not a trendy place buthatd how I like it.good night out.

One of Altrincham's oldest pubs dating back to the Victorian era. The pub's name refers to the time when it was the brewery tap for long gone Richardson's Brewery.
