Popped in yesterday to try the new menu that had just launched and was not disappointed. Salt and pepper chicken flatbread with curry sauce and chunky homemade chipsš Staff are always lovely and atmosphere great.
I stopped here to get a bit of tea. I chose the mixed grill, which was nice enough, but the chicken was too dry for my liking. But I still eat it. Many locals visit this place throughout the day, and the atmosphere is friendly. The staff are helpful and serve with a smile.
Saturday fun for all, real buzz busy with real friendly atmosphere great friendly service, there for the football with friends and drinks were flowing, lots in from young to old, in this day and age not all pubs are busy, the Cherry Tree is successful due to the good food, value, friendly service, nice pint, good Sunday Dinners that leave all customers satisfied and some of the older customers take home plated up with care, going above and beyond. Successful Full pub with great staff who make everyone feel very welcome. š»š» Looking forward to the festive season and New Yearās Day out, thereāll be something on to have the place jumping. Thanks Martin Outstanding Local .. plus room and great party venue. Recent party for Jackās 21st, delivered everything we wanted. All our guests had a great night. We went in on Wednesday 30th august for food and were told at 7.59pm that kitchen closes at 8 and last orders are 7.40pm. We then went in the next day (Thursday 31st august) at 6.50pm and we were told kitchen was closed. The manager was rude and unhelpful. Also we were displeased to see many people were vaping inside which given we had young children who could breathe it in we left not even staying for a drink. We were made to feel very unwelcome and will never visit again.
Great place full of very friendly ppl. I have only been here a few times but I can recommend it to anyone. Also great food , lots of screens if you fancy watching some football or F1 for example... More pic from my travels from all over UK on my Instagram: michaelqmul
