I have loved near this pub a long time but never visited till recently. I have been missing out. They offer a great selection of grub everyday! Good prices too! I had chilli con carne and chips and my partner had pie and chips both very hot and nice portions! Was very quiet in there which is a shame as loads of room for them customers and it's a lovely pub! They have a large garden with kids area, pool table inside and all very clean and tidy. Regret not visiting earlier! Definitely be back soon! Thank you for the lovely grub and cold pint! I highly recommend a visit here! 5* from me!
The garden is a mess. No bitters or real ales available and it smells of chip fat. I wouldn't eat anything from the kitchen as I imagine it's as bad as the garden. Feels very cold and unwelcoming.
New owners since January. Good range of beers slowly building a group of new and existing clientele. Lovely friendly bar staff. Well worth a try for Sunday lunches and will cook if asked during the week. Available for weddings etc. Beer and pricing really good. Specials on Monday to Wednesday. Give it a try nice normal people running a decent pub.
