We arrived a bit late for Sunday roast. The food would have been better earlier. We had roast turkey and beef - big meal and we finished it. We'll be back. Earlier next time.
Food tasty but beef a little hard for me to cut but really friendly staff that swapped my beef for turkey nice little place
Warm and friendly. We dropped in for lunch and were welcomed by staff and locals. The food was great and well priced. Would definitely visit again but it's a long way from Nelson NZ.
Very picturesque village pub. Friendly atmosphere, welcoming and warm. Great selection of beers. Good homecooked food. Loved the pub dog Buster! 😉 😁
Nice place with nice character. Warm fireplaces to welcome you. My wife and I had a sandwich each for a quick bite on the way somewhere. Food was served quickly and with a smile. Sandwiches were fresh and tasty.

East Beds CAMRA Pub of the Year 2013. The March Hare was unloved and almost derelict before John and Janice bought the pub in 2010 and turned it into a real ale award winning freehouse. There is no pool table, no TV, no games machines and no juke box.
