Stopped on the way back from Chatsworth. Warm and inviting, friendly, great beer/food/wine/service. Thoroughly enjoyable meal thank you.
Brilliant, pre-Christmas family get together from all corners of the UK. Great service, great fitting 14 of us in for a meal.

Visited for dinner after a day out walking, a really lovely cosy old pub that’s definitely worth a visit. Food was delicious, far better than standard pub grub you’d normally find.
We stopped for lunch and what a delightful surprise. Delicious food beautifully presented. Definitely worth visiting again.
