Just returned from a Christmas break staying at this hotel, and it was brilliant. All of the staff were both friendly and helpful, the food was excellent value and the rooms were both clean and tidy. The one thing that did annoy me slightly was never being able to get a seat to watch the evening entertainment which was very good, but as I spent a lot of the time dancing it really didn't matter. This hotel definitely deserves a 5* rating, so I am not really sure how people can rate it 1* unless they are being paid to give a negative review. It is a shame that the 2 other holidays I had booked at this hotel during the summer had to be cancelled, but they were both coach holidays. And there was a lack of customers travelling on those 2 trips unfortunately.
My third time staying here is in 2023. The location is great, a few minutes walk from the town and the other amenities. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is not too bad, single, which for myself is ideal. Table service with choice of menu,food excellent. I will definitely visit this hotel again.
I have stayed at the chatsworth hotel three times & all the times we really enjoyed our trip. The hotel staff are so nice & helpful & its so nice to book a seafront room & look out at the beach sand & sea. The hotel in on the main road & you just cross the road & the beach is there. Food is very nice & served by very kind waiters & waitresses. The staff at reception are so friendly & always help with any problems. In the evenings there is entertainment at the hotel. The front is well lit up so you can take a nice walk after dinner & have a walk along the seafront & enjoy the views of llandudno
Went with Majestic coach tours. Hotel is very run down, acro's holding front entrance up isn't exactly welcoming. Food was very basic, entertainment good especially Morgan Reeves who was sensational. Our room had a large crack in the window covered with clingfilm, bed uncomfortable, one heavy tug & curtains would have come down & bathroom had no ventilation & was tiny. Bedding was clean. Most staff helpful, some miserable. All in all, I wouldn't pay to stay there.
Stayed there last week. The room was clean and tidy and serviced every day. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. The food was brilliant, especially the breakfast. Would definitely go again.
