We went for the Carnival the pub was very well organised and served great food at good value. See you next year
Great atmosphere, really friendly staff, nicely priced drinks with use of a juke box, slot machines, pool table and tv. Fantastic outdoor area and free parking… what more could you want! 🌟
The new little angry female workers cause problems left right and centre, ruined the place & atmosphere here. Never had any problems with the old owners for many years but since the new owner one wide little angry woman in particular loves marching around the place pointing in peoples faces hurling straight insults at the people who have been spending money at the Charlton inn for years. Also beware of a giant intimidating man lady who lurks around ready to go lady man on anyone having a bit of fun. GO TO THE VIC! You don’t want to experience these angry little munchkins first hand
Decent little place, the lovely female staff are very friendly and professional however the landlord is a puzzling character. He has a reputation locally as a bit of a woman’s man even though he looks like Claude Greengrass from Heartbeat. But on the whole a good solid establishment I would say. Cheers.
