Love this cafe bar, so relaxing to pop in for a drink or a coffee or food. We just had wine & coffee today but have had food here previously and very good. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Great range of beers/lagers etc and my tipple, gin!
We tried eating here after our original choice of nearby cafes went downhill. Today I ordered a southern fried chicken sandwich on ciabatta with chunky chips. The waiter seemed intent on memorising the order but then wrote it down. However, I received skinny fries in brown bread. The very little chicken in the sandwich was luke warm, 3/10 hot. Unfortunately I'll pass in future. PS. The coffee was good.
Came with grandpees for tea and had a great time! Good atmosphere and lovely food. I recommend the potato skins 👌🏻
Lovely place to eat in stokesly. Loved the decor casually smart, comfy seating, sit in for coffee around the bar or meals in main restaurant. Very good choice of food, including veggie options. We had 2 veggies breakfasts, was 😋, although just warm, but mushrooms were star of the plate. Service bit slow, understaffed this day. There was only one girl serving, she served everyone with everything, very hard work! And an excellent job too 👏👏 Would go back 😊
Gorgeous food and gorgeous staff. I must admit the last time we went things weren't as good with the service, restaurant week, drinks delayed, orders mixed up ect. Lady who serviced us just seemed like she had no idea what she was doing, I can only assume she was new and abit stressed. It was a busy night but she kept forgetting that she'd already taken our order, delayed our drinks for ages, kept coming over to ask if we want more drinks even though we hadn't received our first drinks. I think a new member though so can't really complain. Food was perfection as ever.
