Went for afternoon tea, the hotel was not open, so the afternoon tea was held within the leisure centre, near to the pool and the smell of chlorine. Sandwiches and sweet stuff not the best. Would not recommend.
Tiny changing rooms, new management have turned the heating down in the pool and poolside so it's not warm anymore. Update... only emergency lighting was on while open to the public and coupled with that they think it's a good idea to wedge a door open with a wet floor sign, presenting a trip hazard in low lighting...with children and babies swim sessions going on.
I had a spa & afternoon tea. The facilities are fine & all clean. Nice sauna & steam room & jacuzzi. The staff were great - really friendly & helpful. Thankyou Harry for being so lovely! The food was really spot on! Delish. X
We had a spa and afternoon tea experience today. We had a lovely time. Paul and Harry couldn't do enough to help. The pool facilities are clean and not too busy. The afternoon tea was lovely. Plenty of variety and we were left very full. We would recommend this to anyone looking for an afternoon filled with good food and nice surroundings in need of relaxation
Used the spa today, the young man on reception was extremely polite and pleasant. The female staff however not as friendly. Sandwiches came with sauces etc which was disappointing if you do not like mustard etc. Scone was amazing!! Overall pleasant experience.
