Absolutely shocking service from the lady with the silly thing on her head. Tried changing us £1 to charge a phone for 5 mins. After we put £50+ behind the bar ! Get a grip our lass eh 🙈 !!!!!!!
Nice place to go and the atmosphere is superb at times. I have always been made welcome by all the staff and in particular the punters who frequent. However I don't expect to be verbally assaulted by a staff member, after physically grabbing a drink from someone's hand, spilling it over other customers. I complained that she was outta orderd and then got aggressive with me, decided to take my pint that I paid for and told to leave and that I'm barred for. I have never seen that type of behaviour from a member of staff and it invites trouble to flare up because no one in their right mind would put up with being verbally assaulted. Look at the CCTV RESPECT GOES BOT WAYS.
Ordered 2 kronenbourg ...the one on right was from cavern..one on left is from elseware...one on right stunk awful and tasted as bad..one sip and we left..deffinately wasnt kronenbourg....never again..❗
