A lovely community Pub with all the trimmings!
We have recently undergone a bit of a transformation which has added beautifully to the Pubs old heritage and character. We still offer all the usual Castle joys, Live Music, Pool & Darts.
Our brands of choice have been extended to please all pallets.
A food menu will be coming along very soon consisting of a small but tasty menu of Taco's, Pizza's and a selection of sides.

You will find regular Live Music at The Castle Weekly on Friday's and or Saturday's. We hold a Monthly Quiz with our in-house host Olly The Quizard! Which is always fun, half the winning pot always gets donated to a charity of our choice (although happy for suggestions). Teams are always lucky to get to enjoy Adam's lovely food at half time, the £2 quiz fee is well spent!
For the Sports fans we televise most requested Sporting events on Sky and TNT Sports.
We have recently changed our Lager/Beer range which is quite extensive to include niche Beers such as Bluemoon , Brixton Reliance and Menabrea along with lots of other tasty brands. Staff are on hand to knock up the odd Cocktail on request.
We are lucky enough to have a lovely Courtyard Garden which is a wonderful asset to our Community Pub, it is loved by all who visit including all our furry friends who are most welcome. We are known to have impromptu BBQ's with some music outside, weather providing of course.
We have recently received our 5* Food standards rating. We have a varied menu every week, easy eating pub food, we're not a gastro pub or restaurant.

Went here for a leaving do, there was ample space for about 25-30 people, nice pool table and atmosphere with good service from the bar staff. Would highly recommend 👌🏻
A truly wonderful community pub with amazing staff! Such a welcoming vibe, a lovely sunny beer garden, And a great selection of live music through the month Oh, and a pool table for those of us with a competitive streak 😏
Went there to see a band and enjoyed the atmosphere of a small venue. The sound quality is always hard to get right in those sort of places but it still came across alright
