An absolutely incredible evening at Silures. One of the best meals I have ever had dining out, with delicious cocktails before and after our food. Silures adds a touch of class and character to everything, from the food & drink to it's a decor, and there was a real sense of aliveness to it's atmosphere to accompany the wonderful service. Truly exceptional, worth a journey.
What a phenomenal restaurant. From the warm welcome, to the attentive service, to the most amazingly delicious food. WOW WOW WOW 🤩 Nothing but spectacular. Blown away by this absolute gem of a place in Cardiff. Will definitely be back.
Had a brilliant experience here. Used to come here every Monday before it was taken over and became Silures. They're closed Mondays so not had the opportunity to experience their food but we had a child free evening Friday so jumped at the chance of booking a table. They didn't disappoint - the atmosphere, the welcome as soon as we got through the door, the food. It just all worked so well together. Definitely be coming back for more - on this occasion I settled for the steak, I ordered the ribeye, but think I was given the sirloin, as long as I had a steak who cares. My partner went for the Risotto and cauliflower soup starter.
Our dining experience at this restaurant was exceptional! The mussels and Atlantic oysters made for a perfect starter, and the game pie and wild sea bass was incredibly delicious. Ending. Big thanks to the wonderful team; we'll certainly be returning!
Superb!!! One of the best restaurants I have ever experienced. Went on Saturday evening for a family dinner on my friend's recommendation. Everyone just loved the amazing food and stillish decor. Don't find my words to describe how pleased we are with the experience had. I just had to return on Sunday to experience the roast. Everything was just delicious. Bar staff are very experienced. Their cocktails are just amazing I had few Hemingway Daiquiri which I strongly recommend trying.
