A 17th century, timber-framed, village pub that combines well kept real ales, an extensive wine list and modern British cuisine while maintaining a welcoming community spirit. The left-hand bar, partly sculpted out of adjoining cottages, is used more for dining with a menu ranging from steaks to pub classics plus lighter options. Sunday lunch and Burger Wednesday.
