My favourite pub in Glasgow. Great prices, lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff. Have been in a few times and been served by a young man with curly hair, could not fault him, he is polite and very quick with his serving. Pulls a great pint too!!

Always good atmosphere and good service. Friendly bar staff that do particularly well under pressure during busy times. Was served on the last occasion by team member Aaron, who always has great, quick and friendly service. Would definitely recommend

Really tasty food and soft drinks. Very reasonably priced. First class service by friendly efficient staff. Highly recommend that you try to go for a meal here!

I came in this afternoon to the lounge with my autistic 9 yr old son that commented on the baby seats, so we were assured it was family friendly. I was asked where I was from, and mentioned Seattle (American West Coast) and we were visiting family. The floor manager told me we need to order food which we intended and did, and it was delicious and my son loved what he was allowed to eat. She told me we have forty minutes from when he finished his food before we needed to leave. We were at a table with other family and friends and she refused to serve anyone because my son was taking too long to eat, and he was not able to finish his second half of cheeseburger nor able to order his chocolate brownie dessert. It was less than 40 minutes from when I ordered and paid for the food that we were forced to leave. It was afternoon, we were in back and plenty of seats. I have heard many good reviews of this place. Sad we wouldn't know while we were outside in the cold while waiting for her to claim one of the nicest people I know was rude to her after she refused to serve the table because of my son. It was one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered and it felt like she was willing to say anything and spin it to have us out, and we were so polite. I feel bad for all those hungry guys that just wanted family together, but she decided my son and I didn't belong.

No nonsense, no frills, traditional pub. Bar area to the left and a more food focused seated lounge to the right. Gets pretty busy with it being in the heart of the city. Shows sports and has karaoke on Friday/Saturday. Good for a quick drink but maybe not so much for date night
