Cactus Jacks has been a family owned and run business since 2000, and maintains a pride in being the only Mexican Restaurant in Salisbury.
About us
Our individuality, allows us to create a relaxed atmosphere, which is unrivalled in Salisbury, to accompany an excellent cuisine of traditional Mexican and A-la-Carte dining.
By integrating some of Mexico’s finest spices with some of our contemporary dishes, those, who perhaps would hesitate before trying Mexican cuisine, can also enjoy dishes such as our Lime and Chilli Chicken, Pork Belly and Mexican Mussels. All prepared passionately by our team of talented chefs.
