One word decent pub excellent Halloween night quiz Excellent service food excellent an people from the village made us feel welcome
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrendously overpriced and frankly quite horrible - £12 each for baguette and chips which, at max, should’ve been £5. Felt like it was prepared by someone with no kitchen experience. Cannot recommend less. Staff friendly and polite.
Sadly was most disappointed, the place was very quiet ,the meat was tough so didn't eat it ,service was slow and there were flies all over ,no draught beer .would not return. Used to go with previous owners was expecting the same ,what a shame !
I would leave no stars if I could. My partner and I went here for drinks, ordered wine and went outside to sit and enjoy. Long story short had a sip of wine, left them on the table and walked away it was so bad. We thought a change of ownership would improve the pub but clearly it is as bad as before…
We popped in to ‘The Butchers Arms’ in Fringford on coronation weekend Sunday. The service from Rory and Lorraine was excellent, cheerful and friendly. It’s a quaint pub in a quaint village with a quaint little coffee shop attached to the side of it. Sunday lunch was superb, very generous portions. A visit is highly recommended!
