Very friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere in the bar with a mixture of locals and patreons. Breakfast was awesome, cooked fresh and was served hot. Thanks to Graham for this. Would definitely recommend, good to stay in a hotel that has old world charm and a soul.

We held and evening meeting at the Burnett Arms recently for 15 farmers. The restaurant was made available to us and was set up well for the meet. The food was good and the young restaurant staff were diligent and attentive - well done! We were made to feel welcome and the venue contributed to the success of the meet. Thanks.

We sheltered here from storm barbet in oct 2023. Nice n cosy and made very welcome. Chilled in room And town during day - had nice meals 1st night and selection of snacks on second - bar/lounge was really nice with an excellent selection - Graeme made us welcome and bar staff so friendly and made us feel at home. Excellent wee break. Definitely be back

Enjoyed the visit today with my friends. Staff were very attentive and the food was good. My only critisism is there were no alcohol free drinks and the vegetarian meal options were sparse. Would visit again though.

Firstly our room, definitely not hoovered, curtains hanging off the rail, many cigarette butt's outside window, food, average to say the least if you're going to serve steak pie make it as one not place pastry on top of stewed beef and charge a premium for it, also fish was only half a fish, again at a premium price! Bar staff outside the hotel! Clearly not interested, this happened on several occasions, poor show, this hotel could be a major attraction in Banchory, but someone with a lot of interest needs to be managing it so much better, our opinion, poor show, return visit? Definitely not.
