About us

Occupying a prime position in the centre of the harbourside, it overlooks the replica of Sir Francis Drake's Golden Hind, Although it is a single room pub, it has two distinct areas - the right hand side having the 'public bar' image with bare wooden floors, fixed wood benches and large projector screen, whilst the right a lounge/diner with a carpeted floor, dining tables and chairs, log fire, and a pool table in the corner. The pub tends to close in January for a seasonal break.

Nice pub,, only stayed for couple of beers,, friendly manager & staff, great background music ! Can't say that for many pubs nowadays,, couple of 70's scooters parked in the bar along with collection of Northets Soul memorabilia,, Well worth a visit,,

Had a really nice lunch here this week. The chips were some of the best ones I've had. Really fresh, fluffy in the inside and cooked to perfection. Really nice service and a lovely setting!

Visiting Brixham today now the school children have gone back to school. There was plenty of room in the Bullers Arms. We ordered chicken pie and chips and lasagne and salad with a side of chips. The meal was very hot and filling. There are the normal pub seats and some comfy chairs chairs and sofas.

We were starving so popped in here for a bite to eat at lunch time. They don't do starters as such but I did ask could we have chicken wings first before our meal. Tammy the barperson was very obliging she even let us change tables. The chicken wings were OK a bit to flavoursome for my liking but it never stopped me eating them. Our mains came we both went for the burger. They were huge we were sorry we ordered the wings. Food was cooked very well and well presented, it came with salad, onion rings and chips. I wasn't fussed on the chips they were a little hard they had a bite to them. But the burger and salad was lovely. Tammy the bar person was very friendly and actually smiled at, not just us but everyone. We came to the conclusion she's either new to the job or leaving at the end of the week. We are awarding her the friendliest bar person in Brixham as we've been her for 10 days now and not been to happy with the service in any of the pubs we have frequented. Brixham is a lovely town but the staff seem to have a chip on their shoulders maybe they hate visitors coming to their town 🤔 who knows. XX

No complaints at all but I wasn't totally convinced of their covid awareness. Had a very tasty plate of fish n chips for £2.50 - what's not to like? Friendly staff. In a town heaving with tourists, this pub has managed to maintain a bit of character.
