Upstairs has a pool table and dart board, with a lot more seating and there are many live matches played. the beer is always good and service is always pleasant. On a busy lunch rush food can be a little longer but shows alot of people like the place

Had a great burger here and finished off with sticky toffee pudding, the food was lovely and the staff were great 👍
We stopped here as it was conveniently just off the M4 on our route home back to Essex. As it was a Sunday afternoon we pre-booked a table but got stuck in traffic, we phoned ahead and they were absolutely fine and said they would hold our table until we arrived. The staff are really friendly and the food was really good and more than fairly priced. Would 100% recommend and will stop again if we're ever coming past.
When asked where we could have a good meal ... they adviced The Bull ... the food was worth more stars than we can give. Staff was great and friendly. As said when we left, would return when passing through Theale again.
