Had the potential to be a great hotel however it’s well below par. £11.60 for a non alcoholic Guinness and a pint of Amstel is ridiculous. Waited over half an hour for breakfast (only 1 other person in) when it came I think there was more egg shell than egg itself. Staff don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. Coffee was also vile
The hotel was old world but updated rooms, heat and power shower. The breakfast was a big choice, and service was excellent. Wendy, the morning person was outstanding. Parking is plentiful.
Food is good , had Haddock very nice fish , staff very friendly and helpful. Very quirky place but the themed rooms are a proper grin , no spoilers if you stay you'll find out , I had the Gold room 1983 all over again
This is our third time visiting and each time has been really pleasant. There was live music in the outdoor area tonight which was really lovely on a warm Summer's evening. The food was delicious, as it has been in the past and a special thank you to Cameron, who was very clearly rushed off his feet tonight but still made time to give us personable, friendly and entertaining service. Thank you all!
We stayed at the Bull Inn for two nights. It was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and attentive especially Wendy and the gentleman on the reception. The food was superb. The chef Sam delivered every time. The Bangers and Mash was so delicious. The accommodation was great too. We stayed in the Flamingo Room. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning when we are next in the UK.
